If walls could talk, we may ask this building to not overshare. Over the last 90 years, "The Oregon Theatre" began as a vaudeville theatre but grew to showcase other artforms (some of which may be less family-friendly.) Keeping its original bones and framework, this building will include apartments, storefront business space, and of course, the theatre (which we made sure to give a Double Scrub).
