HERMAN JOLLY

ASSET MANAGER

Herman is a well-known entity ‘round these parts.  He first crossed paths with Kevin Cavenaugh in 1997 as part of a small crew that rehabilitated several old boarded-up houses in Portland.  After moving to Bozeman in 1999, he started his own painting company. In Montana, he won a historic preservation award from the state for his work on several of the city’s cherished landmarks.  Upon his return to Oregon in 2010, Herman fell back in with Kevin painting projects like The Ocean, The Shore, The Zipper, and New New Crusher Court with his company Tabor Brushworks.  As Guerrilla’s new Asset Manager, he looks after building upkeep and tenant relations.
