As some of the first development in St. John’s in decades, the 2/3rds Project brings some new spice to Lombard Street. The idea is to cover 2/3rds of the site, be open 2/3rds of the day, and cost 2/3rds of a traditional, high-occupancy development. The 2/3rds Project will house retail, office, and residential lofts.
