Satisfied tenants are thanks in part to Mr. Jonathan Drews. He planted his roots in Portland in 1993 after growing up in Georgia where he earned a BFA in English from the University of Georgia. During his time in Portland he's worked as a used book buyer at Powell's City of Books, as an independent contractor painting houses and as a handmade rug dealer where he got to know many of the designers and architects around town. He occasionally moonlights as a recording/mixing engineer and has enjoyed a spiritually fulfilling "career" as a musician over the last 30 years.

When he's not herding his cats at home, he can be found riding his bike out on the gravel back roads outside of town. We welcomed him in early March fresh from a tour with his band, Eyelids. He has 25 years of experience in the field, first crossing paths with Kevin over twenty years ago on a residential remodel project. If you see a fresh face tending to our buildings, please say hello!
